    Yes. We hire at every level, including new graduates, and we put real effort into mentorship from partners and senior managers.

  • What's busy season like at Schumacher Sama?

    Busy season is real, but it's intentionally not a burnout culture. We staff to keep hours reasonable, and we lean on planning and process so the peaks are manageable for the team.

  • Do you offer remote or hybrid work?

    We offer a hybrid schedule for most roles, with anchor days in our Wauwatosa office. The mix depends on the role and tenure.

  • Does Schumacher Sama support CPA exam candidates?

    Yes. We support team members pursuing the CPA exam with study time, materials, and bonus structures tied to passing sections.

  • How long do people typically stay at the firm?

    Tenure here is unusually long — many team members have been with the firm for 10, 20, even 30+ years. That stability is one of the reasons our client relationships last so long, too.
